Personal Training plans

Climbing for a while now and want to learn how to progress to the next level? Can't quite seem to figure out how to move the body to the next hold or struggling to understand how to overcome your weaknesses? Don't worry, we've got you covered! The Climbing Corner offers multiple training plans starting from 4 lessons (60 min. each), where you can choose between a focus on Technique & Movement, or Strength & Conditioning. You can do this training plan alone, or together with someone who climbs around the same level. Together you will work on the next steps in levelling up!

Technique & Movement

Struggling to know how to move on the wall and apply your strength? Struggling with how to move your body, how to hold different hold types, or how to come back down safely? The Technique & Movement package will have it all for you!

These sessions are designed to improve different areas of your climbing technique and will help you to apply your strength efficiently. In the first session we will start with a short assessment of your current climbing level and skill. The sessions will then be adapted to your current skill levels as well as your personal goals. Using a variety of drills you will learn different techniques and movements. Each drill and climb can be recorded so movements can be analysed in detail afterwards.

Out of 12 lessons currently available, you would be able to build your own training plan and pick the 4 lessons that you would like to focus on.

Strength & Conditioning

Do you find yourself lacking in power, power endurance, or endurance? Although climbing is defined as a technical strength sport, without sufficient (grip)strength you won’t be able to hold on! These sessions are designed to increase either your strength and power, power endurance or endurance. We start by establishing your current strength and fitness and adjust the intensity accordingly. Furthermore, there will be tips for hang boarding and campus boarding to prevent injuries. Alongside the 4 sessions with our coaches, you will receive 4 customised training sessions to complete in your own time.

Pricing Plans

One training plan

Below the price for one of the two packages Technique & Movement or Strength & Conditioning. One package consists of 4 60-minute sessions together with one of our coaches and should be completed within 3 months. The starting price is for one person, but any additional person can join the training plan for an additional fee, up to 5 participants per training plan. The participants should be climbing around the same level.

Both training plans

Would you like to complete both training plans? Then we offer a special price for 8 60-minute lessons combining both plans. This training plan will need to be completed within 6 months. The starting price is for one person, but any additional climber can join the training plan for an additional fee, up to 5 participants in total per the training plan. The participants should be climbing around the same level.
